Eagle needs to be in the foreground color so 2 or 3.
3 is a bit too simple.
2 is a good compromise between simplicity and flair.

i would suggest to add a crescent somewhere inside the logo. In the present situation i will go for the second one - white stars (the obvious) and the green eagle (more prominent).

Don't like logo because there is nothing original... Its a badge type logo and every one follow this trend since 1947 in Pakistan. variouse American used to be eagle type logos. There should be a contest for this logo and I'll bring famous and professional logo designers in there. Then you guys will get an original identity.

Also, i recommend instead of the stars, write 'Pak Defence' in urdu
Just leave one on both sides, between the urdu and english characters.

By the way, are you gonna change the whole of the layout?
Or just the logo?

I think a new layout would be great idea (Maybe comuflag colour of Pak SSG elite commandos?)

The head picture should feature a Jf-17, I'm sure who ever designs these would be allowed to go and take pictures of the aircraft. Maybe the Falco UAV as well, and when the Burraq is unveiled that too should make it's way onto the forum head
