Pakistan Cricket Board invites Bangladesh for short T20I series: Report

.
is it because we win more matches these days ? :drag: :haha::haha::flame::flame:

Nah....just lack of interesting players across the board everywhere. I don't see anyone comparing to the personalities I had growing up. I guess I am following my dad here somewhat, he certainly complained about my generation of cricket compared to his lol.

I welcome BD winning more so BD fans can have better health ;) ....so they can develop actual egos in the first place (that are worth crushing lol). Right now its just short term childish dramabaaz still. Become more adult and experienced and it will be worth something more (both wins/loses) :D

don't worry, after 2-3 years you will find new ones but it is true that cricket had so many all time great players from 1990s to 2010 :)

My god man.

I've said it many times....but Afridi was probably the most demoralising batsman (of my time) when he got going. Right up there with Viv Richards I suppose (thats more my dad's time heh).

Maybe Sehwag and Gilchrist can be compared somewhat....but they never really had the same level of exposure to those situations as Afridi often did (for innings end boom boom/bust bust).

With BD crowd, I think they cried the most there when Afridi's sitter was dropped there....lol.

Ya, Afridi was a special one. I don't know if I'll ever get to see another one like him for Pakistan.

Cricket just isn't the same these days....its gotten pretty boring for me overall.

Same. Most of the greats of my generation are either going or gone. Shahid Afridi, Inzamam-ul-Haq, Wasim Akram, Waqar Younis, etc. Plus, it was most fun for me to watch cricket when I was in Pakistan, or younger and with family.

Now, I'm pretty much only an NBA guy (my favorite sport). Although I will watch cricket from time to time.
