The scenario you mentioned can not exist in a free market. Either local prices will go up or exports will be available at lower prices, logically both.

Well, Previously i didn't mentioned about effect of exports on local price of Mangoes. But they sure, are effected. Last year it was in range of Rs.200-230/kg.

But then, our exporters were selling Mangoes $ 4-10 /kg abroad.
