I Really dont get it Why is he Blaming Others
1 Haris the best middle-order Pakistan has at the international level, and Pakistan has been playing ping pong with him for years now blaming him, even he proved his capabilities everytime Pakistan brought him ?.
2 Sarfraz needs to be honest with himself and the nation and should retire already maybe stay in Test, but ODI & 20 20 its just a waste of wicket for Pakistan.
3 Wahab maybe getting Wicket but I will always Rate Junaid Much higher than him heck even Shaheen has game sense than him.
4 Imad is currently the Best all-rounder Pakistan has, who has won so many games single-handedly for Pakistan Can Sarfraz say hes made a single winning contribution for Pakistan? after that SRI - Pakistan in Champions Trophy.

Pakistan needs major overhaul of the Cricket Team itself as, They should build a 20+ish younger team with Imad as Captain and Babar as Co and build the bench strength instead of doing into Testing Phase in the last days of the next world cup.
One more Usman shinvari is next Wahab. He might have gotten lucky a few times when other teams were going hard but he is no watch winner.
Amir is losing his touch teams will try to block him if he's doing a decent spell and go hard against everyone else.

Pakistan won Champions trophy because of Junaid, Amir & Hafeez in Bowling, Pakistan needs wicket-taker bowlers in Middle overs Hasan, Faheem aren't really any major threats but if Pakistan builds shaheen he will become match winner himself.

Pakistan and top-order need proper power hitter coaches.
Imam needs to improve his strike rate hes still playing 90s Cricket

Results will be the same if you continue to recycle tested tried failure (TTF's) like Umar Akmal and Ahmed Shehzad.

These two chuckleheads will make runs in mickey mouse tournaments like National T20 cups, but always fail in international games. SL sent their "C" team and we still lost T20 series, which speaks volumes about how bad these are.

I like Micky because at least he kept these two "cancer" away from Pakistan team.

Why they don't give importance to regular performers like Abid ali ? why always they try to find a reason to play guys like umer akmal, a shehzad, s malik, m hafeez.
i believe the guys with strong political support behind them are being tried again and again and as soon as they give one good innings they are finalized for the next 5 years where as the other performers are just ignored.

Misbah and Waqar Younus wanted to replace Sarfaraz when Misbah was captain and whenever Waqar used to be coach/bowling coach...

Sarfaraz stayed ahead of the duo's game by performing out of his skin...but now his performance has suffered.

The 2014-15 season turned out to be a fairytale one for Sarfaraz. He notched up an away ton against Lanka, and tons against Australia and New Zealand in consecutive Test series. Even away tours to England and Australia were a good for Sarfaraz as he kept well and batted doggedly.

Initially Sarfaraz was completely ignored by Waqar as a first choice keeper in favour of Umar Akmal for the first part of the 2015 World Cup, Sarfraz was at last reluctantly promoted by Waqar due to pressure from PCB to open in a must win game against South Africa and he delivered with a gutsy run-a-ball 49. His exploits won him the Man of the Match award and he repeated the feat with his maiden century against Ireland in the very next game.

These were the performances that exposed those who were against Sarfaraz.

Now that the Duo of Misbah and Waqar are sitting on top of Sarfaraz, they have and they will keep subjugating him to their decisions which would mean more losses if not enough already...to get Sarfaraz sacked from each and every format.

The new keeper will be the below par, under performer favorite of Misbah/Waqar in Mohammad Rizwan...who has zero match winning performances in PSL, let alone for Pakistan at international level...ZERO...But he is still favorite of Misbah and Waqar.

Until Sarfaraz gets kicked off from the team by Misbah and Waqar, Pakistan would keep losing matches due to obnoxious selection and management decisions...

Unfortunately for Sarfaraz, he himself is none the wiser and a subjugate to management decisions and hardly asserts himself...

Sarfaraz would only start winning again if he plays as many players from the non grouping affected players like Abid Ali, Haris Sohail, iftikhar, all rounder Nawaz, Junaid Khan, Shaheen Afridi...as these players are not part of any grouping...

Now from the grouping players...Imamul haq, Fakhar Zaman, Baber Azam, Imad wasim, Mohammad Rizwan, Shadab Khan, Wahab Riaz, Amir...these players will underperform until and unless Sarfaraz is removed.

This is the unfortunate petty personal politics ridden cricket team scene of Pakistan at the moment.

Agreed with all of you however
- the reign of sarfaraz was over ahead of worldcup but negligence of pcb cost us the damage. Misbah and waqar in the decision making place will be another nightmare for cricket Pakistan.
- pinning hopes on imad will be a foolishness... He is struggling for spot making him a captain will be lacking shrewdness
- babar should be choice for tests and odi
- a youngster should be choice for T20s with aggressive attitude....haris can be good for T20 or even shaheen shah

Furthermore, the coaches should be replaced.... Misbah was a successful captain but conferring him with such honours is beyond understanding

I think Micky Arthur was a better coach than him..He had the ability to throw away anyone from the team who wouldn't perform, keep Upto the fitness level or those who wouldn't follow rules..Ibtnink these properties are lacking in Misbah.

Misbah being the selector and coach and Waqar also in the mix, means the most prolific performer when he was removed from team; the poor all rounder, Fawad Aalam would still be kept out of the team due to Waqar and Inzimam's legacy of hate towards him and now Misbahs continued animosity towards him...obnoxious petty politics of Inzi that almost destroyed Misbah's career is now practiced by Misbah himself.
