mmmm seems Indian democratic govt can easily be fooled by Indian army for increasing budget right ??

Both the govt and army are aware enough what the needs. This is just a pressure tactics but the govt is elected by the people and much much more powerful than army. Ultimately they will decide whether to increase the budget or not. So don't need to worry about the the army supremacy over a democratic govt, that is not possible in India.

Now and than you use bad languages or low quality words against high ranking govt officials or people so easily, that is not difficult for you or anyone else but you forget that in excitement.

About the nuclear war what he said might be rite but with in few years things going to change completely thats why he needed to talk about it. India is working so that no warheads enter into India as well as second strike capabilities.

Is he saying that against Pakistan or India??? Who will extend his service life??? Who should decide on it, Army HQ or defence minister??? Its a democracy after all.

These type of Statements show that the Armed forces had the Intel regarding the activities of both Irritant nations pakistan and China. The Armed forces chief had done good thing in preparing and creating awareness of the current situation.
There is an intel report that Al Qaeda and LET had planned attacks on Oct 10 2010 and CWG servers were hit by hackers and these attacks came through China.
