Both India and Pakistan should sign a memorandum of understanding. They will both be permitted to launch 4 nukes each to unspecified targets. I am certain that the Hindu nuke is stronger than the Muslim nuke. Our nukes will pinpoint targets since they worship the Gita and not the Q'uran

Your above post is irrational and this one as well. Strategically, India never had any advantage by this shelling. Also, Kashmir matter never got sold in India like Pakistan. No Indian Politician ever won any elections due to that and everyone knows that. It is always development, local issues and caste politics gets worked in state elections. This is the reason that even BJP got massive win in National arena, It has yet to open its account in many state.

On other hand, Pakistan Army and Pakistanis Politicians always got benefit from such skirmishes. When ever both of them work in cohesion or in reverse, Kashmir is the first sentiment used in Pakistan.

I know and understand that but problem is that PA plays double game. It's armed personnel some times fight as Army and some times as so called "Freedom Fighter". To segregate the same they do the similar activity. It happened in the same way in 1999 Kargil.
