No one's fault. In our part of the world its mostly one blind leading another.

I often come across parents who beseech me for jobs for their children whose skill sets is knowledge of ' computer'. Their children can at best switch on a PC and type on MS Word.

Here too the originator of the post & vid appears to have got carried away with ' technology'. This contraption reminds me of the Lambretta Scooter we assembled for ourselves in college using assembled parts bought from Chor Bazar & Jama Masjid - it served us well.
