Responding to a question, FO spokesperson said Pakistan did not make any appeal to the international community for their assistance. "PM Nawaz Sharif has told us clearly that no foreign assistance should be sought for IDPs and that they would be settled by mobilising local resources," the spokesperson said.

When her attention was drawn on reports that India has asked United Nations Military Observer Group (UNMOGIP) to vacate a building in New Delhi, she said by doing so Jammu and Kashmir’s disputed status could not be changed.

"UNMOGIP is working under the UN mandate therefore its status cannot be changed by vacating a building," she said.

Each day hundreds of Pakistan children die because of lack of basic medical care. Thats much bigger problem than Gaza.

What does that have to do with this? Yeah, I get there are priorities, but Pakistan isn't a single person, it's a nation that has the capacity to deal with multiple issues (both international and domestic) at the same time. The foreign office has little to do with domestic affairs, so your little comment here makes no sense what so ever.

81 Palestinians have been butchered by Israeli regime in past two days alone. 400 tons of explosives dropped on them.
