Yes according to prior Treaties we will renegotiate borders when we acquire Kashmir or resolve the dispute.

Not Those areas. It relates to Ladakh and other disputes India has with China. Which if we get those areas will be for us to resolve.

Never acceded officially to Pakistan, unlike Junagadh, and has no UNSC Resolutions outlining a means of dispute resolution (as in J&K) nor did Pakistan, to my knowledge, seek international arbitration over Hyderabad.
