Another procurement could Su-35 and softly, looks like it is on the offer as well. Another news is that T-90s are coming for testing which is equally positive.

Russia needs to learn this tactic from USA - make relationship with all countries, sell weapons to all countries, influence them all, earn from them all.

The fact that it is best in a straight line and cannot manoeuvre as well as other helicopters ?
Because the AH-1Z can kill Mi-35s like flies any day of the week... considering the Iranians slaughtered the Mi-24 with the AH-1J during the Iran Iraq war.

Pakistan is buying AH-1Z VIPER as well while we test the three Z-10s we got from PLA.

The reason behind buying the Mi-35 is that its an ASSAULT helicopter which our Specops will use in counter insurgency ops.

Good news for Special forces, now they will have their very own attack helicopter & carrier. I hope Pakistan tries to acquire at least 40 to 50 of MI35 E.

On the other hand PD will have to increase the number of Zulus to replace the old dying fleet of 70+ cobras.

Pakistan may not get more mi35 as
1.its not front line attact chopper but better to take and takeout troops from main battle area.
2.its failed in very high altitude cold weather as india didn't used in karghal. Similarly not work able in very high temp.
3.Pakistan got 4 along with other main negotiation. Mi28 can be an option.
4. T129 is top most as pak army tested front line attack heli then super cobra and z10. Z10 is most sophisticated design, avionicst and software. T129 has american engine and z10 it self and new 1500bhp engine is yet to be tested in battle. .which Pakistan is doing.
5. Lets see what comes out as our main attack helli to replace aging cobra.

Are you high? Russian weaponry are notorious for being unreliable and as throwaway. You lost 6-7 aircrafts in one month so go figure. Lets not mention the fact the a Russian Mi-28 attack helicopter just crashed a couple weeks ago.

You cannot generalise things in such a simplistic sweeping statements. There are some models which USA makes better and some Russia makes better. And just said only MI-28 crashed compare it with dozens of AHs crashed and downed.

Going by that it will take ages for us to induct even 25 of these helis .... i wonder what would be the rationality behind that considering we are in a dire need of new choppers.... this way we gonna exhaust the first batch of four until the next batch comes and then have to wait for another batch of four and so on....
