Consider it highly modified CH-3 to suit Pakistan's requirements as Burraq have different engine, EO pod, ground operating system and data link than CH-3.

It is similar to AK tank which have its roots of origin in MBT-2000 tank program but different in subsystems.

In-fact, we do need drones against terrorists especially in border areas but having said that; we are more onto our own program. Furthermore, no one should expect Indians acknowledging Pakistan's self reliance and quality of indigenous products. They are still trying hard to not to speak about JF-17 Thunder let alone speaking of our Drone capabilities in near future. Project AZM is the key here and will provide us the future of drone in the region. On other hand, I will in-fact let them live in a dream as such and be misled like this.

Nothing as such is happening. Pakistan is going for home built customized drone same as we did with Burraq. It remains to be seen that whether we opt for a Turkish design as a base or Chinese. Pakistan wont opt for an off the shelf option not when so much work has been done on it at home. CH5 and Turkish drones have been available for years now so if we wanted to go that path we would have bought them long time ago.

Only drone that Pakistan might buy off the shelf would be this beauty but that is a big if

I'd like to see the "sharp sword" UCAV or something similar like the X-47 with the PAF. Good options for strikes in areas apparently denied. Snatch away the illusions of impenetrability.

CH-5 is far larger and more capable than CH-4. Speed, payload, endurance, sensor but it is also more expensive.
It will depend on your budget.
