Of the legal ones, how about those that have Pakistan visas...but happen to have Indian visas as well?

Every country has its own law and this is for Afghan people only. After that Pak govt will not blame to them for every accident.

There is a very short supply of qualified surgeons and doctors in Pakistan to do the highest specialised procedures. That's why the cost is so high.

India has a much larger pool of these (even per capita) so its cheaper.

But what will happen if india is telling pakistani patients that ' you are not welcome here'.Many of them can't have money to get treatment in US or UK, which will be 10 times the cost compared to india !

there are 300 other cases of death also,tho i am not criticiser the transplant but still it was done from their money.

We can be selective about the Afghans we admit, we prefer to help their country directly and there is much reason and commitment to do so.

Too bad that you had to host so many and you feel betrayed by them for whatever reason etc etc...but dont automatically say it will be the case for India too with them. We are following a very different model and agenda.

Funny thing I have noticed is that we 'evil' westerners treat people from the developing world who are here farrrrrrrr better than people from the developing/underdeveloped world treat each other. Yet they will be the first to complain, call us names, and blame us for any little mishap. Very ironic indeed.

This is nothing. These Afghans did a lot worse to us. We treated Afghan soldiers when they were attacking us. What do you want now? We are being taken as for granted. Some reality check bro.......

Seems you have not read the thread properly, the report says that even those that had Pakistani visas were not allowed to enter via Pakistani airports because they had Indian visa.

That's probably some teething problem with implementation of a new policy. Obviously anyone who is granted a visa and doesn't have an Indian visa or entry on their passport should be allowed in. and the policy better communicated to all parties.

So you are saying that if one has a valid Pakistani visa and during last year or so has traveled to India and thus has an Indian visa on his passport should not be allowed to enter Pakistan? Why issue him or her a Pakistani visa in the first place?

That is absurd, most of these guys going to India are patients, then why have a dichotomy of sending Pakistani patients to India while not accepting Afghans having Indian visas on their passports.

The absurdity in this is beyond me.

Why make the person travel to be denied at port of entry. Deny them from the outset! At least be consistent from the start!

Looks like they just want to extract money for the Visa fees and also to make Afghans waste their time and money travelling.

That is absurd, most of these guys going to India are patients, then why have a dichotomy of sending Pakistani patients to India while not accepting Afghans having Indian visas on their passports.

I think many do visit Iran, but comparing to their medical facilities India or Pakistan is a prefered destination.
