We step up a massive diplomatic challenge. The chances of that happening are also slim but if we need this to be done then we need to focus on 7 plus a dozen more countries and switch to 5th gear from get go.
Compared to india there is little we can offer hence coordinated efforts with China or turkey will bear fruit.
