Pakistan asks India to hand over Jinnah House

Just to clarify. it's the Property of Jinnah. not Indian government or any rich Indian kid. so if you want to demolish it, Actually you should Pay us 2600 cr "on moral grounds". or just handover it to Pakistan's government.

Well you got Pakistan, what did we get for that??

Per the law of land - It's India's Property. Similarly, many such properties in Pakistan are Pakistani Properties.:coffee:

After Partition, many People Migrated to India & Vise-versa. Did anyone paid each other on Moral Ground? :coffee:

.
Let's take back Mohenjodaro, Harrapa , Tilla Jogian, Nankana Sahib..
and my ancestral property of 3 havelis in Peshawar

Pakistan can take the Tajmahal and Qutub Minar. But it was built by some one born in India :P so they don't hold any ground on which they will take. By the way Taj Mahal has nothing to do with Islam.

Before claiming something please understand laws of the land.

Since Jinnah has moved to Pakistan willingly, he or his rightful heirs can't claim his property left in India.

A broken Heart. :P

But some of Jinnah family member's are still there, settled in India. so they can claim their right on "family property" . right ?

Edit : demolishing a house which mean's nothing to you, is not going to bring you any pleasure. as it's not "important" to you guys. But it mean's a lot to Pakistan, so i think handing it over to Pakistan will be the "human way". Do you know My Provincial Government take care of Dalip kumar house in Peshawar. Our Government even declared it as "NATIONAL HERITAGE".

Now come on guys, show some maturity.

Get your Facts Right - That someone has UK's Citizenship. :coffee:

. . . .
So if we give Jinnah's house to the government of Pakistan, the reverse is also true right, any Indian's property in Pakistan should be returned to GOI?

Think carefully before you answer fellows.
What's India property in Pakistan ?
If there is any like Gandhi property then yes convert it to embassy

. .
The Embassy of Pakistan should be moved from New Delhi to Mumbai, and the complex handed over to the GoP as a sign of goodwill - with the adequate security provided against the dumbtard sainiks.

Either that or converted into a museum focusing on the partition that will hopefully teach the young and upcoming generations what happens when you let too much religion give you a tumour in the balls.

Since Enemy property act of 2016 is accepted and passed by the parliament, Jinnah family members or legal heirs can't claim its right as the act prevents the vested properties from falling into the hands of legal heirs of those who moved to other countries.

After the Chinese aggression in 1962, specific properties of Chinese nationals in India were vested in the custodian as per the Defence of India Rules, 1962. Subsequently, after the Indo-Pak conflicts of 1965 and 1971, the movable and immovable properties of Pakistani nationals automatically got vested in the custodian and their vesting was continued under the 1968 Act. A similar process for Indian-owned properties occurred in Pakistan.

Since then, the government of Pakistan has disposed of all the properties of Indians impounded by it in Pakistan – including in erstwhile East Pakistan – in violation of the Tashkent Declaration. This declaration – signed on January 10, 1966 – included a clause, which said that India and Pakistan would discuss the return of the property and assets taken over by either side in connection with the 1965 conflict.

Pakistan’s unilateral action provides a belated vindication of the present ordinance, even though the Bill seeking to replace it also refers to claims being made to regain these properties by the legal heirs and successors of enemy nationals on the basis of certain judgments made by the Supreme Court and the high courts.
