It might help if you change the provocative title. The article is informative and worth a read. Since it appeared on rediff, and wasn't meant for a Pakistani audience, they put a title that would get the most number of views.

On this forum, please change the title so that Pakistani members would actually read the article, instead of (understandably) spewing troll comments upon seeing the title, without reading the article.
