Pakistan army head warns of change in Kashmir status

Yes. Gandhi black mailed British through Quit India Movement to give complete freedom to the people of British India which includes current day Pakistanis.

Or should I say blackmail British to hand over power to pro-hindu Indian National Congress

Pakistan was independent country by then. Not sure of India as it's first prime minister was busy banging it's first Governor General's wife.

Indian National Congress was a secular party. It was supported by all British Indians who wanted complete Independence from British colonial rule.

On 26th October 1947 when J&K had acceded to India, both India were still dominions of the British.

India got its constitution in 1950 while Pakistan got its constitution in 1956. Hence accession documents were signed by the British.

Pakistan became a sovereign Nation on 14th August with it's own Governor General so it was no longer part of any dominion. Lord Mountbatten was no longer was no longer a viceroy of British India when he accepted role of Governor General. He had NO SAY in Pakistani affairs. Your argument is void as he was no longer representative of British India after 15th August.

Pakistan can use this situation as an advantage. It all depends on our army now. Do they want Kashmir? If china and India start a war,Pakistan can also mount pressure. This is golden chance. Remember India will not leave us alone after fight against china. India will fight a war against us by any means so it's better to use this situation as an opportunity. World doesn't care about Pakistan. Diplomatic support to India only. Pakistan shouldn't care about diplomatic pressure. Do whatever you want. Best chance.

Not by majority of Muslims. Maybe a few random Kalam's who's descendants are afraid of living in India today. Check Aamir Khan who's wife was too scared that she suggested leaving India.

Indian proof of an "instrument of accession" with so many typos. Proves that they had conspired it in August as evident from date correction. It was signed in such a hurry that they didn't had the time to get it typed properly. No offical seals, what a joke of a legal document.
