Pakistan Army commits treason in Presidents Office

Looks like the President only sent the files back to Parliament AFTER his sacked secretary wrote his letter and the replacement officer he wanted has also refused to take the job .

Because now it's all in the public. Of course those files are going to go back now.

What is the source for the information about the MS ? Isn't the President aware of this ? Why did he sack the innocent civilian secretary instead of the guilty MS ?

Because he is the one who moves the files from the President's desk into the bureaucratic machinery. This is all circumstantial evidence right now, but the most likely.

.
Why would the Military Secretary be involved in legislative matters? What is the source of this information?

Most importantly, based on your narrative, the secretary to the President was blameless in the matter. Why did the President sack him and destroy the reputation of someone who was innocent?
cos faujistan, pajeet.
no matter how much hindutva hates nehru, he did you guys a solid.

In Pakistan it is the MS that handles all the files coming into the President or PM office.

Not only the files, but handling everything from scheduling, meetings, personal affairs, and much more.

You will often see it's the MS that is giving the PM or President the files or documents to sign during bilateral agreements too.

He then moves the files or whatever it is to the PS, after which it gets into the bureaucratic system.

Source are bueaucrats who worked in PMO, but I will try and get some proper source too.

You see the MS sitting behind IK? He is the one who gives him all the documents for the meeting etc etc.

That is the mystery here.

The PS says he didn't get the documents from the President's office, the President says he told his staff to return them. Now the President isn't going to pick up a file and drop it to the desk of the PS. It is usually the MS.

The President isn't dumb enough to risk his whole reputation and tweet this if he was hiding the file in his office.

Moreover, malafide intention of the establishment can be seen from the law ministry being very quick to make this a law when it couldn't be a law.

So, did the MS lie to the President? That is why an investigation needs to be done, to ascertain that WHO gave the order not to return the file.

This has the hallmarks of the Bajwa extension saga all over again.

Our establishment always wants to bend the laws according to it's own will come what may.

Come on, neither of the guys sitting behind him is the MS. They are too young to be Brigadier or equivalent. They are probably ADCs with the rank of captain or equivalent. A Brigadier is not going to be personally carrying documents and files for someone else's meetings.

Alright buddy, whatever floats your boat.

P.S. The guy's name starts with A

Haan bhai Imran k muqablai main to tumharai liye Abu Jehal bhi towering giant hoga

Yeh tum nahi tumharai andar ka jiyala bol raha hai. Hum samajh saktai hain
He's a towering giant cause he is his fellow surkha...Lenin aur Marx ka bhangi bhi towering giant hoga IK kay muqablay mein.

Still no news of contacting the Supreme Court or taking this further legally it seems.

An Official Secrets Act court has been quickly enacted, a judge assigned to hear cases, which are already underway for SMQ.

Not sure why President Alvi is being so passive when he has so much public & legal support behind him to take this further.

Lol. Even the President seems to have accepted that these Bills have become law. The only action he has taken is to sack the civilian personal secretary. Despite all the noise from the mosty uninformed fanboys here, no action has been taken against the military secretary - nor a finger lifted to undo the notification of the Bills as law.
I assure you. You will need relearn English to understand article 75. You need at least 3rd grade English

I mean here it's broken up for kindergarten kid to understand

Do you lack basic comprehension ability? The secretary has clearly said the files are still lying with the President. How could he have "sent it in prescribed time" to PM office or Senate when the President just sat on the files ?
President bicycle 🚲 tire was punctured he couldn't ride his bike to deliver th file..it's valid excuse since the PM office too far for him to walk

May be he should have used his presidential 🐎 carriage

OK, don’t come yapping ignorantly on Pakistan threads when the extent of your rebuttal is that ‘the guy looks too young’.

Jango is correct about everything he has stated, as well as the fact that the bills can only become law (in case of Presidential inaction) the second time they are are sent back to the President.

The PTI is also now formally requesting the Supreme Court to take up the issue.

I find this saga fishy... drama created at the top to challenge controversial bills [after] they came into effect. A drama in which villian and hero are both as per the script.

.
Where would president return the bill when the parliament was dissolved on 9th ? All this fukcery by Generals because they want to become Judge themselves and take over Farmlands..

If the matter has to go to the Supreme Court, it is obvious that the text of the law is not clear and judicial interpretation is required.
The matter has gone to court because the fascist Military Junta has repeatedly flouted the constitution and Supreme Court (and lower court orders) on holding elections, releasing political prisoners, providing information on missing political prisoners etc.

This particular series of events is not the first time the constitution and/or court orders have been violated by the Fauji Junta.

This subterfuge and treason by the Fauji Junta was the only way they were going to get these controversial bills put into effect.

The villain is clear and visible to everyone -the fascist Fauj.

The second time a joint session majority doesn't need presidential consent so has been labelled as (deemed consent)
Same as 2/3 senate can bypass president consent

Agreed. Which is why the constitution spells out a process for approval of a bill without Presidential consent, otherwise it would have stated that a bill is ‘deemed to become law’ without Presidential consent the first time around.

In this particular case, the joint session majority did not pass the bill and re-send it to the President and therefore the conditions necessary for bypassing Presidential consent have not been met.

The President tells his MS to move the files from his desk to the PS. The MS doesn't do it and keeps the President in the dark.

How hard is that to comprehend?

Because the law ministry published it in the gazette.

Everyone is glossing over the fckup by the law ministry. After all, they had to please their masters.

It can only be reversed once a court annuls this, and a petition has been filed in the LHC.

Yeah, we see what happened the last time a civilian leader wanted to take action against a military official, didn't turn out too well.

Heck, a guy got shot at and he couldn't nominate an army officer in the FIR.

You really live in a Utopian world don't you?

See first comment. Only the court can undo this.
He lives in the utopia of Mahabharat hence going out of his way to shill for their newly acquired minions, the napak sepoys...
