Pakistan Army builds dozens of military check posts in border area Afghanistan Army claimed earlier

I am fed up of Pakistan army behaving as a bunch of panzy pusssies when it comes to fighting Afghani aggression.

Now ; Afghanistan should launch a formal protest about dis with Pakistani DGMO if any der ... and den if they have enough fire power to force Pakistani to vacate that land then do it ... but first do a formal request ... bcz u need something after a military action to rely on .

LOL at "enough fire power". You think Pakistan will be deterred by Afghan "fire power"? Even if they bring India, US and NATO to the party we will take what is ours. There is no negotiating on the Durand line.

We will fence every inch of it and we will kick out every last Afghan from Pakistan. There is nothing anyone can do about that.

If India loves the Afghans that much they need to provide refuge to at least a couple million. Let's see how much you love the Afghans.

Very simple. Fence and secure each centimeter of our area. I'm glad our official policy vis a vis Afghanistan has finally changed. Enough of this BS. We have been to mild by allowing cross border movement. Afghans aren't trustworthy. If the Afghans want to fight over it so be it. As far as Pakistan is concerned, the Durand line is the official border. If the Afghans have other ideas about that they need to come and face us. Keep fencing the border.
I think instead of wires which are used for fencing border we should make a Israel style Wall

Those who cannot read write or draw are concerned of their supposed 'borders'.
Ignore them and build these posts to counter the influx of terrorists in Pakistan entering from Afghanistan.

Only official check-posts should be used and those sneaking in illegally should be shot at sight no matter what the excuse. It is general knowledge that Afghans do not understand language spoken or written.

A buffer zone should be created stretching atleast 10 kms and that should be made a free for all kill zone roasting anyone who comes in this area. Bomb them till they are 10kms away and then put enough metal to deter the others who look east.

A very costly undertaking, but I agree that at places which need a wall there needs to be built one. Pakistan should focus on surveillance tech such as drones. This is difficult terrain and fencing isn't easy everywhere.

At last ceasefire their border police accepted that this area belongs to Pakistan. If any mischief is done this time around Afghanistan, things will never will be in their favor.

The Afghan border police say the Pakistani military has started building dozens of check posts at points on the Zero Zone along the Durand Line in areas located in Spin Boldak district of the southern Kandahar province.

According to the Afghan border forces, the check posts are apparently being built in the controversial villages of Loqman and Jahangir that Afghanistan consider as part of its own territory.

This comes three months after Afghan security forces engaged in a deadly battle with the Pakistani forces in the area after Pakistan military tried to conduct a survey in the controversial villages. Both sides sustained casualties in the fighting.

“The Pakistanis want us to determine the border with them. We are not in a position to do so as that authority lies with Afghanistan’s people and the central government,” Col. Sharif Gharzay, commander of the 3rd battalion of Afghan Border Police Gharzay said.

Nearly three months ago border forces opened fire on each other across the Durand Line after Afghan authorities accused Pakistani officials of having breached their territory.

Afghan border officials said that Pakistan built dozen of check posts in the Loqman and Jahangir villages of Spin Boldak district of Kandahar province.

“Pakistani forces took advantage of the cease-fire and forced residents of the villages to leave the areas and they built check posts in their houses,” Gharzay said.

“After the clash they [Pakistan] offered a ceasefire and we accepted. That ceasefire is still in place and we pulled back our forces by order of our police chief,” Gharzay said.

Although no new clashes have occurred between the two countries forces, Afghan forces have said that we are prepared to respond any action by Pakistan in the area.

“We are ready and if Pakistani forces act in any way, we will respond in no uncertain terms,” one of the Afghan border police soldier said.

Nearly three months ago, when Pakistani forces wanted to build check posts in the Loqman and Jahangir villages, they faced Afghan border forces who responded forcefully. In the clash that lasted for 12 hours both side suffered casualties.

Afghan border forces said that Pakistani border forces build the check posts at night.

According to international and border laws, Pakistani and Afghan military personnel are not allowed to stay within to two kilometres of the zero line and should be positioned two kilometres away from that line
