In the early 80s i witnessed a lot of these artillery displays at the Fortress Stadium Lahore. The atmosphere used to be electric and the artillery fires were loud and deafening. Nevertheless it used to be an exhilarating experience.

Exactly. Good times. I witnessed these in early 90 s in Lahore and Karachi.

That person said.... I was defending the physical frontiers of Pakistan once I was part of army, now I'm defending the ideological frontiers....

You are doing the same thing, we all are.... Same mission, defending Pakistan in our different and humble capacities.

Raising spirits .... A quality in which I excel.... Alhamdulillah

I mean, it does and did come in handy, once you have to lead some of the finest soldiers on God's earth into battle, with lead flying towards you.

Whatever you are doing, in today's environment, is much more important..... Changing perceptions and holding the digital front while the army holds out at the physical frontiers.
