I have said that previously and I will say it again, 99% of terror attacks are due to involvement of intelligence personnel and security related organizations. But why does Pakistan continue to have these problems? Why can't Pakistan get on top of this particular problem and solve it? Who is responsible for allowing this situation to manifest itself? Why are we not capable of determing when these acts will happpen and be able to successfully intercept them?
