Mate I'm talking about Jews who are observing Jews descendant of Jewish families, I think you are mixing the numbers with some Pukhtun tribes who are thought to be one of lost tribes of Israel.

Nopes.... loads of descendent jews, some of which converted later on, and few who just left.....

I don't believe in the theory of lost tribes.... they may have migrated to our areas, however, they always were a separate distinct race.....

Pakistani Jews are mostly are of Baghdadi Jewish ancestry right?

The Sephardic Jews include Baghdadi Iranian and Bene-Israel etc.
My grandparents migrated from Iran to Karachi during the British rule.
