According to the Islamic republic of Pakistan. Since it's being discussed at the highest international forum which was created for "dispute resolution" after ww2, we are discussing a "dispute" , not some "internal issue" of some third world country.

Looks like India is going back to its position of Shima Agreement which is a quagmire for Kashmiris and Pakistan. Pakistan must keep out of agreeing to resolve Kashmir under Shimla. That resulted in nothing and will result in nothing.

Even Russia states that Kashmir is NOT India's "internal matter".

Every major world player speaks of either a bilateral dispute that needs bilateral talks, or additional mediation from a 3rd party. The whole "internal matter" mantra has collapsed. UAE's opinion doesn't matter btw.

At the very least, India's spokespeople, all the way up to Modi himself, have failed to gauge world opinion, have miscalculated Pakistani and Kashmiri reactions, and have opened a Pandora's box of resistance of their poorly constructed narrative.

I really think 27th Feb damaged Hindutva brainpower more than even Pakistan realises. They have been making panicky rash decisions ever since, again forced into damage control mode after Pakistani retaliation. Whoever jammed Nandu's comms that day needs a medal - he or she actually jammed every synapse in Hindustan.
