Let pakistanis/Bangladeshis take Chinese vaccine which is only 59% effective.

This too is coming at an alarmingly low rate, covid will spread at much higher speed after UK strain in pakistan and will result in higher no of casualties.

India should simply focus on vaccination of its entire population rather than giving it to thankless pakistanis and Bangladeshis.

AFAIK India is a regional distribution center for several international pharmaceutical brands. Pakistan has a contract with Covax - WHO to receive a certain amount of vaccines manufactured in India (under licence) . There's no direct purchase from India under govt to govt deal.

it is GAVY , the bill gates charity which is giving free vaxine to those nations who can't pay for the vaxine .
