巴基斯坦驻华大使:中国政府对巴方援助最实用 2010年08月25日20:14 国际在线

：巴基斯坦驻华大使马苏德·汗25日在北京表示，对中国已经和将要提供的紧急人道主义物资援助表示感激，他称这些援助最实用、最迅速。
　　当天，中国商务部国际贸易谈判副代表崇泉在北京会见了巴基斯坦驻华大使马苏德·汗，双方就巴基斯坦洪灾救助等问题交换了看法。马苏德代表巴基斯坦政府和人民向中国政府和人民表示感谢。他说，根据经验，有时候，一些多边或者双边的援助承诺可能要花费几个月甚至几年才能真正直接帮助到灾民或者救灾机构，中国的援助与此不同：基于此，我们对中国提供的援助十分感激，因为中国给我们提供的都是食物、帐篷，解决灾区民众的吃住，还有药品，拯救生命，以及建立预警机制来预防未来的灾害。中国不是做出承诺，而是直接给我们援助。
　　在巴基斯坦发生洪灾后，中国政府高度关注，迅速反应，已经分两批向巴基斯坦提供了共计6000万元人民币的紧急人道主义援助，援助物资正陆续运抵巴方。在此基础上，中方今天决定再向巴基斯坦提供价值6000万元的物资援助。
