Pakistan Alouette III Replacement Options

It can be an option if and when it's available for export. But bear in mind Turkey will be more willing for production work share, which means that whenever a Turkish helicopter is sold, PAC will get to always make a % of the parts and support work.
And China is not willing for production work share its quite strange sir isn't it siro_O:what:

UH-72 A Lakota can be great option
Forget US options,:hitwall::crazy: US not willing to export any further defense articles to Pakistan, lets consider EU, Chinese and may be russian articles for pakistan:p:

It isn't. China will transfer technology for production, but for the Pakistani market only. I am referring to sharing in all production. For example, if China orders helicopters for the PLA, it has to import 15-25% of the parts from Pakistan. Will it agree to that? No. China is a great partner for developing new and sensitive technology, but when it comes to sharing commercial production and profit, not so much.

A two prong strategy is needed. (1) Develop a heli indigenously either through (a) ToTs, (b) JV or (c) pure research and (2) buy some off the shelf choppers to fill in the gap.

Both prongs need to be able to have some commonalities with existing or future acquisitions.

Pakistan can't run with AH/AW/Mi/T/Zs. And neither can it continue to have specialized single role helos.

Turkey's helo program seems to meet requirements. It will have commonalities between attack/multi-functional/scout/transport platforms.

It can be possible for Pakistan to design a helo, provided it can secure the license/import of the engine & cockpit (I know it's an over simplification).

"Who else" (including friend & foe & "...") in the world is using 'a' machine (and in what numbers) is "also a factor" that help decide which one to go for.

Alouette III is a light utility helicopter. A bird that can land even on small ships.
IMO best replacement would be Augusta Westland AW109.
