I can only wish you are right but when we judge the ‘Military’, We judge on the basis of the mere fact that Military men aren’t angels created from the Noor of God, Rather are just sons of the very same corrupt blood of Pakistan, The corrupt blood that is ‘badnaam’ in whole globe due to ‘greed’, ‘lust’, ‘fraud’ and no ‘self respect’.

Military hasn’t been pure in the history and we don’t expect them to be especially after the current fiasco.

To convince myself, I can only say that the statement given by Bajwa is a planned move in coordination with IK, So that IK gets to keep his words while another Top official (COAS) plays the ‘Cool US down’ card (which isn’t enough and shouldn’t be).

History shows every time PA makes major moves to appease the US, a major disaster befalls Pakistan. Ayub/Yahya - lost East Pakistan.
Zia ul Huq - Mujahideen program introduced radicalisation at home.
Musharraf - More radicalisation at home by pissing off Taliban sympathisers.

COAS statement on Russia was uncalled for, calling the Russians invaders and invasion of small countries cannot be condoned. He could have just said the usual.This gives impression that everyone including military is towing the US line , only IK is resisting them.What caused this ??

Let's see but for now Imran khan is being made a sacrificial lamb.

May be army will do some thing from behind to make Imran khan win elections back again but it is looking quite unlikely. Party is systematically being made to disintegrate with JKT group , Aleem khan group etc etc
