haha i was just going through this old thread. Air Marshal Hifazat has served in the same branch as my father's (Flight Safety) when he was a Group Captain.

A funny incident happened when our families decided to go hiking on the Margalla hills behind PAF sector in Islamabad: we got lost atop the mountain, couldn't find our way back and it was getting dark. I don't remember correctly, but I think it was Hifazat uncle who discovered the track back down.

I would like to congratulate him on being appointed VCAS this year. Salaams also to his family, I remember the elder brother was an excellent squash player. Memories...
