If they can jam they don't need to develop expensive stealth jets. It's all hypothesis certain frequencies u can jam not all anybody can jam other to some extent but all out blindness is not possible.

Purpose of radar jamming and/or spoofing techniques is to disrupt communications and/or to blind the enemy to air strikes on large-scale. These techniques enable non-stealthy and/or vulnerable assets to do their job over contested spaces without fear of being shot down in the process. Stealthy assets can do their job safely over contested spaces regardless.

US excel in both domains of offense. Iraqi defenses experienced blindness of such a scale during invasion in 2003 that they were reduced to communicating via couriers (not kidding).

They also blind-sided Pakistani defenses during Operation Neptune Spear in 2011 but objective was to complement "element of surprise" in this mission; not to draw attention.

Even stealth is detactable low band frequency radars of world war 2era can get these jets.

Not reliable.

IRST is much better option but range and coverage is an issue.

So you think the US went into Serbia, Iraq and many other places and just through magic they couldn't take out more than 5-6 jets throughout these long lasting conflicts? All that was achieved by jamming and deception the AD radars. When your eyes can't see, you can't target anyone even with a loaded gun in your hands. Same goes for SAMS that are there, but the radar is jamming and can't see.

On F-35, the entire Western hemisphere spent close to a billion per jet because this was a myth. Very standard Pakistani conspiracy theory response. I can't even say anything sensible to such illogical comment. This one sentence tells me who is actually playing video games!
