I think this is a reasonable contribution given our own situation. Two frigates and perhaps a Submarine to enforce the arms embargo will make a token contribution.

I fear at some point in time, if situation goes out of hands, would this lead to sectarian divide in army...hope not..!!??

In times of disasters the usual war hysteria and old hatreds take a break even if for a few days only. Even India offered us aid in such times. Personally speaking, I wouldn't have a second thought in terms of allegiance to this coalition of convenience over siding with dhotis or whatever they are. Govt. over-throwers spell trouble in the long run.

They can bomb the crap out of them or worse force them to sit in and hear MQM's dunk Hussein until their ears go numb. My beef with SA and its coalition is boots on ground for their war esp when country is fighting another war. Its not a foe they cant handle. They really shouldn't use the HELP card just yet. Height of stupidity, once KSA was asking for help we were sitting on eggs in our ignorance. And couldn't improve our long term relationship, but when UN pitch in then we are now just ready for the help, whatever they are asking. I think, Saudi Arabia and UAE still want more contributions than that. They should blame on Egypt's refusal on ground forces and Oman's nothing contributions. Iran should blame on Russia for refusing support.
