Yep, operating bases, drones in the air 24 hours a day, robot sentry units, quick reaction force HQ and mass surveillance with radar and CCTV.
Then it's job done. A fence by itself, although there is monitoring, can be got through. It also won't stop hit and run attacks from the TTP swines.

Breaking: While FO rejected Afghan government statement against fencing of 2500km #Pak- #Afghan border, Pak Army Spokesperson Maj Gen Babar Iftikhar confirms today, “ 1700km fencing is completed, project will b completed by end of 2021, fencing at 11000ft high peaks is going on”.
