depends on what you're referring to when you say Pakistan. If you mean PAC then sure, because TAI Pakistan is playing a very active and quite vital role in the development of the MMU. This news on the other hand isn't much, TAI and PAC have been joining hands for a while, PAC is a supplier for ANKA components, probably part of some offset deal for the T129 or something
