Why come out of history, just bcoz you have a decade of good growth, Pakistan have seen many with last decade being worst, you spent 65 years on less per capita then Pakistan, still have more poverty then sub saharan africa combined let alone Pakistan..

and i dont think a govt who has more poverty then sub saharan africa combined should be giving aid to boast its ego... typical shupaa powaaaa attitude while your farmers are starving and committing thousands of suicides each year..

It's only for the year 15-16. What it means is between the year of 15-16 you gave more aid then received. If we go back into the past decade numbers won't be in your favor. Sure you need Allie's and influence in Asia so be it Aid or Investments, what ever works right?
