The difference between rape and murder is - murder can happen accidentally as well - involuntary manslaughter - whereas rape unless one has the intentions, he can't perform a rape. Having stated that, I am against death penalty if only circumstantial evidence is available.

well i havent come across any pakistan expat who claims indian

i dont blame the pakistanis if they are on survival tectics and want to survive the american biasness and the security officials, to stop harrassing them, so i wont blame them at all, on their complexions they may well be mistook as indians, central asians or europeans for any matter
