You are right. But such incidences have become a joke. These incidences throw a very poor light on our security establishment. The fact of the case is that they have totally failed to control terrorism.

This indecision is perhaps due to alteration in the chain of command. The norm under a democracy would be the parliament empowering Prime Minister who would then order the security forces to take appropriate action. This would give ultimate legitimacy to the action taken. Sadly, it's not happening!

It says in the article that the terrorists ran towards the Afghan border. It was the same with the other attack a few days ago, they came over from Afghan side.

This is not locals carrying out the attack, it is the porous border & Afghan refugee problem. Until you fix those two it won’t get better.
