As I said, he wasn't in parents' hands. Chances of children assuming the nationality of the country they live in are higher and normally wives go to live in their husbands area. So its somewhat different for males and females. My problem is nationality of the children.

Sania Mirza is an Indian citizen even after marrying a pakistani. Chances are more that Shoaib will seek Indian citizenship. Shoaib and Sania spend more time in Dubai and Hyderabad than in Pakistan. Just a gentle reminder here that the daughter of Qaid-e-azam Jinnah also married an Indian and her offsprings are Indian citizens. Would you have sought death penalty for Mr. Jinnah for marrying off his daughter to an Indian and that too a non-muslim?

For the gentleman who wants death sentence for parents must be treated in asylum for mental illness and for those who renounce Pakistani nationality for Indian should not allowed to enter ever again in Pakistan that is enough for them rest RSS will do care of them very well.
There is no problem in marrying outside the country if anyone chooses to marry Indian, Japanese etc its their wish why should have anyone problem with that their life their choices and there is nothing that state can interfere with that.

First, there's no chance that Malik will ever want Indian nationality. Or Sania Pakistan's. The problem is children.

2nd, Jinnah's daughter married an Indian in 1931, much before Pakistan or India was made. She was a British Indian who married another British Indian. Different case altogether. I'm talking about Pakistan India marriages.

3rd, Dina Wadia married against the wishes of her father.

When I say death for the parents, its for those parents who willfully marry their daughters in India.
