Look at the security provided to the NZ team.....but how can you assure the losers who are scared to go into their kitchen at night.

This is nothing, what is missing from this photo are the "route protection force" and "Venue Protection Force". The route protection force consists of a team from Special Branch that carry out a physical and technical sweep of the route via cable detectors and other equipment to locate any hidden IEDs or similar hazards, the RPF has a number of plain clothed police officers from special branch allocated to "Surveillance detection duties" and their job is to identify anyone who may be engaged in hostile recon.
The RPF also has a large contingent of police officers strategically placed at intervals along the route to keep the route clear of obstructions, hazards. This contingent also involves the CCPO and Traffic Office for active traffic management.
The VPF (Venue Protection Force) are police/paramilitary units with the task of guarding the venue, the tactics are the same, a EVA(Explosive Vulnerability Assessment) of the venue prior to the event/principal/VIP attending, this includes physical, visual and technical sweep by Special Branch, Surveillance Detection by Special Branch officers, and a large number of static guards on tiered cordons (Inner most, inner, outer, outer most = normally 4/5 rings of security)
The plan incorporates a QRF which in Punjab has access to a Mi-17 helicopter for insertion and extraction.
In addition to this there are also on standby at minimum 2 fire engines from 1122 with the convoy, 2 ambulance with the convoy, and a further 3/4 ambulances strategically located, a regional trauma centre is agreed in advance with ALS(Advanced Life Support) facilities for receiving casualties.
The level of security offered to the NZ team was the same level of security offered to visiting heads of state,
it can't be made more secure that this.
