Actually there might be delay. Recent news...

ya i know but even if it got delayed for lets say 1 year then also its 4year (jan2010-jan2014)
but currently the work is in full swing n hopefully it will be completed within time or 3-4 months more max.

Its common sense that's not so common nowadays.

Train coaches are the last to arrive, first you have to build the tracks, supports, electricity lies, communication lines, stations, control room etc. etc.

The Train coaches arrives just few months before the actual starting of services for public.

2. Also we don't want any benefit on the dead bodies of our people terrorism has to stop. We don't sell our people for money.

thats what ur not getting dude. for 60 yrs india and pakistan didnt have any significant economic ties and things have only got worst with 3 wars and terrorism. both countries thought that economic cooperation is not possible with people being killed and kashmir problem. but that only made it worse.

but indian policy makers now have realized that if that didnt work, why not try increasing economic ties. maybe that will work. we cant be in this state foever. south asia has to move forward. india has extended a hand of friendship, now its upto pakistan. 2 power rising in asia china and india. they can either choose both or remain forever with china and keep importing their trains, locomotives and everything. they willl be forever dependent.
