Then Indian Fortified Wheat to biscuits then also PAK Didn't allow to fly though its airspace, then India handed to UN , then it flied to Afgan.

After that India decided to build port and road to Iran which is not completed.

Now PAK knows even if it do not allow it will reach and PAK will loose goodwill it can generate by allowing it now as media reached everywhere in Afgan after taliban
