I think it is pretty clear to anyone who followed this episode of invitation to see that Nawaz took his own sweet time to decide on this one. It hints to force with greater authority on who calls the shots. Someone with a lot of knowledge would know that talks indeed with a wrong person would mean zilch. For any govt. The writing is on the wall, engaging with Nawaz no matter how good the intentions are would come to naught. This may have been the reason why Modi handed out an Olive branch to NS and the feedback is loud and clear.
