Pak may be fabricating trial story of 'dead' Kulbhushan Jadhav: Former union home secy

He entire post of yours hinges on the idea that yadav is treated as a civilian z since he is an enemy combatant, the laws of Pakistan army which you sure the heck have no idea about and regardless of your positive or negative ratings are ill qualified and clearly lack the knowledgeable to comment upon.

In summation, you are wasting time in semantics which are irrelevant to enemy combatants.
And the treatment of enemy spies is pretty much an open and shut case. Since if the leader of the free world is clear about hanging or shooting them, we are clearly not as refined in our treatment of spies and so will probably follow suit.

He dies, why, where, how is irrelevant when it comes to a spy under military jurisdiction.

Sure, you can spend the next 3 weeks trying to find research clauses and nuances in Pakistan civil law and precedent; but lets be realistic- you m'lady doth protest too much.

lol....I guess there is no need to prove that he was a spy.

There is no need under military jurisdiction. Both the military and government have proof on him, and that is sufficient for our population.
After all, you guys insisted there was no need for proof for a surgical strike, let us to the same and not be hypocrites

So its a Media trial and a kangaroo court by your own admission.

lol at your suggestion that a trial of a human being is the same as seeking proof of a black ops. strike. Do not bother to reply. It would be a waste of time.

Army brat sir.
I was taught to fight back. Lol
Its in my genes.

May be, but I had also posted an article where 3 raw agents were tried in a civilian court, that happened in October 2016 and ergo my analysis.

Were in a civilian court, it would make sense. Here, he never left agency detention and hence has already met his judge, jury and executioner.

This isn't the bridge of spies where there is going to be an exchange, just then- a man was undercover- he was caught regardless of the rather weak defense- and he will die.

For all intents and purposes, there is no chance of peace between our two nations for another 50 years and we are at undeclared war. So from my point of view, the only good Indian is a dead one because the majority of you wish the same.

Yadav, the col. .. are just the beginning for the horros we have laid out for each other.

Despite being allies America decided to spy on German ministers.
Our respective countries have the right to spy on each other for they say if you want peace you must prepare for war. Ironical but true.
But yes, I'm against using terrorism as a means to settle scores.

So from my point of view, the only good Indian is a dead one because the majority of you wish the same.
Prolly in South Asia, but where I live, I even have Pakistani neighbours.
I don't see them as my enemies, and vice Versa.

It is irrelevant who uses what. The leadership of your country is breeding a population that is bloodthirsty which is causing us to reciprocate. For all intents and purposes, most of us are ready and willing to fight your people come tomorrow.

It is irrelevant what Expats who actually interact with the other side see, the local population who are ignorant don't care.

My view differs from your's here.
Only our soldiers will fight you.
We still believe there's space for peace.

the local population who are ignorant don't care.
You my sir, aren't an ignorant one.

Sadly, you do not represent the Indian population. Simple sample metrics online show the attitude of the majority, and they are bloodthirsty- hence my response is tailored to them.

German diplomat says Yadav was caught by Taliban

German diplomat and scholar Dr Gunter Mulack, while speaking at the Pakistan Institute of International Affairs on Friday on the topic of ‘Crisis in the Middle East — A German Perspective’, has reportedly said, “Be aware the Chinese will not bring you paradise on earth”. He added, “The Indian spy recently arrested in Balochistan was actually caught by the Taliban and sold to Pakistani intelligence.”
Did Germans even came near any Taliban's in first place or Taliban's whispered in German ears totally rubbish claim

I also expect you to leave this attitude of ACCUSING others.

This was not an ACCUSATION, it was a statement of fact. She is saying out loud what many of us have come to realise in our interactions.

This seems to me the most accurate summary of the current situation. We ignore this evaluation at our own peril.

To refuse to take part in this general dissolution of morality is a personal matter, and does not weaken the proposition made above.

I would like to mention here that we need to respond to the repeated requests of the moderators, of @The Eagle especially, and remove this discussion to GHQ. The problems @Levina has had the guts to bring out are authentic; we all know who are the two-and-a-half people concerned. It still shouldn't lead to a gunfight on this thread.

Just my tuppence.

Rightly said sir , but you are too optimistic when you said 50 years , just want add one point Col. Habib or Commander Jadhav are just pawns and once they caught the only purpose they serve is satisfying egos

`Let the jury consider their verdict,’ the King said, for about the twentieth time that day.

`No, no!’ said the Queen. `Sentence first–verdict afterwards.’

`Stuff and nonsense!’ said Alice loudly. `The idea of having the sentence first!’

`Hold your tongue!’ said the Queen, turning purple.

`I won’t!’ said Alice.

`Off with her head!’ the Queen shouted at the top of her voice.

Nice to know 'YOUR THOUGHTS' ... can you prove it ...

By trying Kulbhusan through military courts and sentencing him to death ...Pakistan simple turned a point that can be used against India to a point that India can now use against Pakistan.
