India can do whatever they want. You never know, Afghanistan may well split after international forces leave. In either cases, Afghanistan will lie with Pakistan as a neighbour. The access of market through us is more sustainable and secure.

What is this cored to 15 billion indian investment in steel plant. Another 2 billion in roads and schools. 1.5 billion in railway network. 550 million for electricity network in kabul and soon many more multi billion to come.

India will make afghan heaven for investors. Pakistan's money is insignificant and not required. Afghanis should denounce them..

Even if India Sells the whole of India and with that money builds an Afghanistan heaven like, Even than the Afghan people Are the brethrn of Pakistan. INDIA has alot of money to spend around these days Good for them But we are forever neighbours and we know how to take care of each other if it was not for USA, Afghanistan and Pakistan would be one United Country than we could even form a South Asian Union with India As well for the sake of economy and Currency ties. but all in Vein cuz of Uncle SAM (USA)

Pakistan reviews its projects in Afghanistan​

ISLAMABAD: A high level delegation led by Planning Commission (PC) Member Lt General Muhammad Zubair concluded a three-day visit to Afghanistan to review progress on reconstruction projects being undertaken in the country by Pakistan.

Pakistan is undertaking several development projects in Afghanistan under bilateral assistance programme. The focus of projects is on the sector of health and education. Pakistan has also allocated 1,000 scholarships for Afghan students in their institutions.

During site visits, the delegation assessed the work progress and examined in detail factors impeding the progress and took decisions on key issues to expedite the work. Zubair also called on Afghan ministers of higher education, health and public works to discuss a coordinated approach for completing the reconstruction projects.

The delegation will pay a separate visit to eastern Afghanistan, later this month, to assess the work on development projects Pakistan is undertaking. Pakistan is also in the process of identifying areas where more development projects could be initiated. The current development and assistance projects undertaken by Pakistan would cost around $500 million.

Thats a very very Good strategic move by Pakistan to invest in Afghanistan specially in the East although its just a start just 500 is not enough for a long run but from that we can go more n more beyond n thats a very strong way to answer the indian threat in Afghanistan.

Half of this money would have been enough. Pakistan can do more for Afghanistan with less money. It can help in rehabilitation of refugees from A-stan in Pakistan back to A-stan.

Remaining money it can use it for its crucial projects. One has to keep in mind that improving economy will ensure prolonged assistance to A-stan.

Pakistan should also focus on its similarity with A-stan and work with China, who can provide the money and Pakistan can direct the development.
