You should not believe the hearsay.

Anyways, the corporate works purely on merit and they dont give a damn what your last name is.

Secondly other sectors goes by written exams with computerised evaluation.

And to top of that we dont have reservation in private sector. So when selection is purely based on test performance why a boy getting 90% should left out and other with 70% be selected?

Now let us talk about the rationale given behind the system. They say because these low caste are discriminated so they cant afford to compete, its not a level playing field.

So my question to you is -

-Shall we provide a level playing field by giving full assistance in education and help them compete on their own

OR

-Let them be incompetent and just induct lesser participant in jobs.

What you prefer? Right now these people are happy with 2nd option which is just fooling the actual poor low class. The benefit of reservation is taken by elite low caste.
