India will fly Sukhoi/HAL FGFA Indian version of this plane... PAK FA is only Russian made. So you never know what happens in future..

PAK-FA never meant to challenge Raptor.
Its basically deal with F-35 , but PAK-FA key technical details are not in public so we can't compare them .
