Anyways, they (west) still not taking it too seriously (past few optics and lip service - just look how they are atrociously dealing with their own internal security). We have to be prepared to deal with it alone. I say this as someone that has talked extensively to all varieties of well wishers of India in the west.

The ones that want to actually take tough measures (in west) often are too nutty in many areas to the population average (i.e degrees of using India tactically against all out onslaught on Islamic world - the complete annihilation of which is their professed end goal now)..i.e they are not really well wishers of India....rather enemy of my enemy = temporary friend.

Only people (majority overall) that I know that inherently understand India's problems and give strong support on it (while remaining well wishers and not falling to reverse-extremism) are the Israelis and Zionists. This is the only relationship I really care about when it comes to India's intelligence network development, counter-terrorism capacity and overall attitude/demeanour when it comes to security....and adapt it all to India's specific needs and develop our own long term security culture based on that.
