It took India almost 2 decades of research and development to design Dhruv and you talking about its not Indian. You go buy one tiny single seater swedish plane and start counting yourself in aviation powers.Yes never if you don't count Saudi Arabia, Oman and recent deal with Iraq. And if Mushak is not Pakistani then Dhruv is not indian.
Pakistan since independence has never undertaken any major scientific missions be it aviation, defence, space or medical science. While India on the other hand has undertaken some of the most complex missions like nuclear submarine and cryogenic engine. I can give you 1000s of examples, Pakistan hasn't got anything except the nuclear program.
