How can you do that when the organization you want to export to is on the list of blacklisted firms?

SUPARCO and PAEC are ligit org. for Pakistanis, not for the Americans.

When exporting from America, you must follow the laws of America.

Obviously American laws aren't of higher priority over Pakistani national interests for Pakistanis. Point was that this has nothing to do with terrorism. Pakistan is an openly declared nuclear power and nowhere have stated nor committed any reduction in the pursuit of enhancing the quality of our nuclear assets.

To boost their economy, It's legit for the Americans to sell/supply anything less than WMD to any Paul, Peter or Patil....yet what may be others requirements, suddenly becomes taboo.!!
