My personal analysis - these guys are clearly quite well trained, they didn't do a cheap ied/grenade/rpg shot but went straight up to the Indians and engaged in close quarters combat.

HZ has hijacked whole Lebanon for its smooth operations against Israel .Lebanese civilians are there to pay the price for HZ actions

Such liberty is not available for Kashmiri Mujahideen.
They will have to be contented with small ops only like this one.
However, increasing the intensity casually like in Pulwama Attack.

Pulwama was done against orders of GHQ, hence crackdown on JeM began. GHQ wanted only occasional small intensity attacks. Kashmiris want to fight and win like against Soviets.

GHQ is not incapable of waging massive proxy war, they defeated the Soviet Union. However, they need MONEY. We can already manufacture everything from small arms to MIRV nukes.
