What's new

PAF zombies

I seriously doubt the IAF are that stupid not to be able to tell junk lying at the edge of the base perimeter from combat ready a/c which might be closer to the base infrastructure.
I wonder though if they would sell this stuff, It would be great if one could use this to make a themed restaurant or snooker bar.
Or just fit them in parks to serve as improvised play areas for kids.

This reminds me a helicopter scrap which was brought to Airborn school peshawar. it was visible from outside. At first it looked so bad but later they painted it and made it a decoration for the school. Its a beauty now.

Very earth shattering view for any aviation lovers. PAF might have done a lot god by putting those decommissioned airframe on static display all around the country. Atleast those musuems and school as well as university entrances may have been enriched with their formidable sight.

these r the miscellaneous junk, most of the aircraft are already fitted through out the country at many places like u mentioned, even many delivered to different Islamic countries and to China too.
i think these would not be in position to be fitted some where.
even i saw a dozen of aircraft behind PAF MUSEUM KARACHI,most of them were f86 saber and F6.
and while entering in museum at least one or two squadron of f-6 are still waiting to be fitted some where or put to junk yard.

The First picture of Mirage wreck appears to me a DUMMY, fabricated from steel sheets and wood, look at air intake these should not be closed.

It will take a good precious seconds of a pilot and may disturb a flash decision making to distinguish the dummy and real aircraft when there is a load of fear at his burner too.

Though the time has changed now with comming of new tech, dont know whether these primitive methods still used or not which had been used successfully even to deceive modern war machines of NATO by Yugoslavia.
