Its fine if that is his objective. But the method he is following is of diminishing returns. Trying to constantly similar rhetoric will only make it seem like - well "rhetoric". Just take the case of Palestine. This would have been effective if anyone from GoI responded to the tweets. The matter was done and now people are moving on. Pakistan has some 40 declared intel agencies. And multiple of them belong to a single institution like army or air force. All work in coordination to get the job done, and it's the same all over the world.
