PAF journey to excellence

Posting Sir Murad's words
a note in the 80s when I was with COAS Hakim Sahib we talked on all of these issues and during those days we could not support it, but today we can but we need girls who really want to fly not this **** Oh I love to fly and when they sit in a cockpit they say Holy **** what have I got my self into. We have girls who will do very well but they should be given a test in the first month or in other words given a taste of what they are getting into either they will love it or they will not but that will clearly tell PAF who is willing to take the next step.

And this one is also from the same thread

Women can do wonders it will take some time now that we know what to expect they will open up seats for Lady fighter pilots in a year or 2 these 7 have given us a lot of insight. If we go to war 2 for them are fully qualified.

Something Else??????

Sir Murad is an ideal personality in the forum. I always read 4 to 5 times all of his posts related to any topic of my concern. May be in favour or against my point of view.
Dear life is the name to face all the hardships and difficults. Ups and Downs inject beauty into it. So no matter it is about 49% or 51%. The difficulties in ones life is from Allah's side. We can not controll it but what we can do is to try for what we want and if its written in you fate no one can snatch it.
I know about all the poblems that 49% have bcoz I am very close to my father. Their life is also tough but no one talk about it. All the NGo's and other talk about women rights.
My point of view about GDP is its a duty, if female has the capability then why to ignore her? In western female pilots fly fighters from WW2 or so. Then why the same oppertunity is not available to us? Why it is always written "MALE CITIZENS OF PAKISTAN" why not "Citizens of Pakistan"

Well I am not against 51% that they should not be inducted, its simply not the right time for PAF, i am sure they will lets say in few years time...

Scroll to page 10 in the following link and read an interesting article on the induction of the Sabre into the PAF, including a photograph of Flying Officer Jamal Ahmad Khan, who is also the author of the article as Air Marshal Jamal Ahmad Khan - WHAT A JOURNEY TO EXCELLENCE!
